⏩ Spring. Sprint. Strength. is now live for booking! The periodisation of this progressive 12-week programme is specifically designed to translate your winter strength into speed. This block combines the foundations of maximal strength development with high-level functional power. Through targeted explosive drills and deep core fortification, you’ll develop the structural integrity needed to not just get stronger, but to move faster.
With a continued focus on technique within our small-group environment, this block is suitable for all active individuals looking to progress their strength and conditioning journey.

Track League: I am excited to have two class times running during Track League - whether you’re racing or not, there’s no better excuse to grab a cold drink and enjoy the racing after your workout.

Bodyweight Circuits
Enjoy a high intensity circuit suitable for all abilities.
£10 subsequent drop-in. (Thursdays: 12.00pm - 12:45pm)
Run Club
Enjoy shared miles and good chat with a specific warm up! No pressure, no racing, just supportive running. We run local so jumping out is easy.
