Not at all. You don’t need to be fit to start, you just need to start. We meet you where you are and build from there.

On the back of our first call, I will share a health and fitness readiness questionnaire. All programs are designed and adapted to your needs. I will make sure training is safe and effective for you at all times.

Training will take place at a time and place that suits your needs. Your home (inside or out), local parks and/or local gyms/community spaces.
I work a mix of early, late and lunchtime to accommodate your busy lifestyle.
Availability is planned at least a fortnight in advance our sessions work with your busy lifestyle. I have a home training studio to serve virtual training on demand.

I have a range of kit to pick from based on what is suitable for your sessions and to hit your goals, training location and setup.

I’m a level 2 qualified Gym Instructor, level 3 Personal Trainer and British Cycling coach. My Active IQ certified training was completed at St. Mary’s University, Twickenham, London and at Herne Hill Velodrome respectively. I invest in continued progressional development to further my experience within the industry. As a volunteer youth cycling coach I hold an enhanced DBS check, am a safeguarding lead and am a qualified first aider. I am fully insured.
