  1. Chest-To-Floor press up/Chest-to-Floor press up from knees

  2. Chest-To-Floor Diamond press up

  3. Chest-To-Floor Wide press up

  4. Chest-To-Floor Raised (feet) Raised (hands) press up

  5. Chest-To-Floor Staggered press up

Go for twelve of each. Chest-To-Floor mandatory, of course. Enjoy.
