Join us trackside at the home of cycling! Here’s our consistent schedule through to year end:
Trackside Gym. Complete your own workout or get some expert direction. Bad weather? We move into the Containers. Drop-in: £8 (Mon: 9:00am - 1:00pm | Tue: 9:00am - 12:30pm | Thu: 11:45am - 1:00pm)
Bodyweight Circuits. Finish your week with a high intensity circuit suitable for all abilities. First class is FREE! £10 subsequent drop-in. (Fridays: 11:45am - 12:30pm)
Run Club. Enjoy shared miles and good chat with a specific warm up! No pressure, no racing, just supportive running. We run local so jumping out is easy. FREE. (Tue: 12:30pm ~ 1:15pm)
