    Our flagship Get WINTER.STRONG course. A small group personal training programme delivered over 12 weeks, designed to help you:

    -Build foundational strength and mobility
    -Improve core stability and balance
    -Develop explosive power
    -Reduce injury risk

    Sessions are fun, varied and delivered in a circuit-style format to keep you engaged. You'll benefit from one-to-one coaching within a supportive group, with regular testing to track your progress and keep you moving forward.

    Strength and confidence - from the ground up.

    Ideal if you’re just starting out or returning to exercise. These group classes focus on:

    -Building confidence with technique
    -Full-body strength and mobility
    -A warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment

    Each session includes a structured warm-up, movement coaching, and a proper cool-down. Come along to move, learn, and have fun with like-minded people.
